Zibro wick heaters sometimes need a replacement wick due to wear and use it will not be covered by the warranty. A replacement wick F or G should be ordered. In most cases it will be wick F but the user manual will indicate which exactly. A wick can be purchased at a retail stockist. Often the stockist you bought the heater to begin with. Igniter coils also may need replacing on wick heaters (not Laser although the “burner mat” may need replacing at times on Laser heaters). These are consumable parts that are not covered by warranty as they wear out with use of the Zibro wick heater. These coil can usually be ordered via the retailer you bought the wick heater from. Take care when filling your paraffin heater with fuel A manual fuel pump is provided with each Toyotomi Zibro Heater. Ensure filling is done on a flat surface in a safe area where in the event of accidentally knocking over the fuel can it will not potentially cause a danger and fire hazard. Filling the can outside is recommended.
